FrankManaging Director
Frank, Managing Director, has a lifetime of experience running agricultural related businesses. He's been running TFM for over 20 years although he tends to work from home nowadays. In 2012 he was fortunate enough to inherit the company from Mr A W Nevile and the Harris family will always be grateful to him and his wife for their generosity.
TonyHire Plant Fitter
Tony joined us in January 2022 and has brought with him a wealth of knowledge on the types of machinery we hire out. The majority of his background has been on the agricultural and ground care side but almost always with a customer facing position. You will find him in the back shed in his orange hi-viz, always willing to help and is great with customers and technical understanding of our fleet. Tony is also a qualified forklift driver and has recently gained his qualification in servicing all our trailers.
AlanHire / General Maintenance
Alan maintains and hands over our hire equipment in addition to general site maintenance. He joined us in 2020 and has already proved of huge value to the Team as he can turn his hands to most things and has many years mechanical experience. Qualified as a forklift driver as well as holding his 360 and cherry picker licences.
DanWarehouse Operations Co-ordinator
Dan joined us in 2020 and predominantly works in our warehouse behind the shop and managing our stock levels for palletised deliveries. You may also see him in the hire shed helping out with the fleet across weekends, from doing the initial handover to helping you forklift things into your van or trailer. Dan is known for having a smile on his face and is happy to help any customer with any problem.
LouiseHire Supervisor
Louise rejoined us in April 2022 after working in Human Resources for 4 years. She worked at TFM previously whilst studying at Sheffield Hallam University and has worked across many areas of the business throughout her time with us. As our Hire Supervisor she deals with bookings, deliveries, figuring out and ordering parts for the fleet, as well as the invoicing and admin work. You will often find her in the office or in the back shed with Tony. With experience across the business, she brings a wide and varied skill set to the team.
