Nikki oversees the booking of the hire equipment and supports Rich and Alan on the organisation of collections/deliveries as well as dealing with related invoicing/administration. All the TFM Countrystore staff support Nikki with this and she's looking to bring her son into the business later this year to provide further back office support.
Frank, Managing Director, has a lifetime of experience running agricultural related businesses. He's been running TFM for over 20 years although he tends to work from home nowadays. In 2012 he was fortunate enough to inherit the company from Mr A W Nevile and the Harris family will always be grateful to him and his wife for their generosity.
Rich maintains the TFM Hire fleet as well as overseeing the day to day running of the 'hands on' side of the business. He is a fully trained mechanic and although he has only recently joined the Team, he is already proving himself to be a great addition to the business and his support is very much appreciated.
AlanHire / General Maintenance
Alan maintains and hands over our hire equipment in addition to general site maintenance. He joined us in 2020 and has already proved of huge value to the Team as he can turn his hands to most things and has many years mechanical experience. Qualified as a forklift driver as well as holding his 360 and cherry picker licences.
DanWarehouse / Yard Person
Dan predominantly works for the shop forklift driving and sorting the warehouse stock, however, he does help out on hire especially on weekend cover so you may well see him around. He can handover most of our hire equipment now as well as load you up if something needs forklifting onto a trailer.
